  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-4 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery times may vary depending on your shipping address.

If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.



Return Policy

At TEVTA Service Centres, we take pride in our handcrafted products. However, if a product arrives damaged, we offer a simple return process. Please note that only damaged items are eligible for exchange only.

  • Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for an exchange, you must notify us of the damage within 2 days of receiving the item.
  • How to Initiate a Return: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at 042-99268318 with the following details:

    • Order number
    • Description of the damage
    • Photos of the damaged product
Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the damaged item.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Please note that custom-made or personalized products, as well as items that are not damaged, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
