2.3 We accept payments through Cash on Delivery only.
2.4 Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation on telephone.

3.1 We ship nationwide via Pakistan Post. Shipping fees are detailed at checkout.
3.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs processes.
3.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

4.1 Due to the handmade nature of our products, exchanges are limited to defective or damaged items only.
4.2 Requests for exchanges must be made within 02 days of delivery, accompanied by proof of purchase.
4.3 Exchange will be processed within 04 business days after approval.
